The Extra Hot One (Habanero based):
Our Habanero mix is fermented to ensure that the both the heat and flavour of the habanero is celebrated. Sweet meets spicy, a flavor adventure, On boerewors, bunny chow, or even spatch-cock chicken. The heat comes on slowly, and then creeps up on you however we’ve blended it to fade away before you know it. We blend this magical flavour with assorted fruits for floral notes.

The Rico Fuego
Is our peri peri signature brand which was a collaboration between a budding teenage artist and Yeoville Hot Sauce. Rico, designed the label and Yeoville sauces designed the peri peri flavour to Ricos beautiful design. The Rico Fuego is a rich in lemon, garlic and birds eye chilli fermented peri-peri sauce which is based on a traditional recipe, packed with red chili, white grape vinegar, garlic, apple juice, and lemon juice. A six-twenty-six week ferment time amps up the flavor, resulting in a complex, fiery sauce. Rico Fuego contains no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives—it’s pasteurized, vegan friendly , and sugar- and no added gluten.
